Reviewed on 5th August 2017Had to call 4 times when dropping car off as took to come. They couldn't find my booking. On return had to wait 50 mins to get car was told they would be 20-25 mins. When got car back it was splattered all over with mud. Not very impressed at all.

Reviewed on 21st July 2017Drop off was good but pick up was painful. Instead of a 10-15 minute wait as advertised, it was 35 minutes. There was no apology and I called several times to chase and was lied to by the operator who kept saying "you will see your car any minute". Traffic wasn't busy, but this was cited as the reason for the delay. Won't be rushing to use this company again.

Reviewed on 1st July 2017I do not recommend this company. We followed all instructions and called the number within specified timescales before arrival at airport and again upon our return from holiday. Both occasions we waited too long for some to collect/return our car. A shuttle service would have been quicker. Upon arrival at airport (departure day) we waited in the car park for 25mins, meaning they had 35mins notice, they state they will be with u in 10-15mins. Upon our return at 2am in the morning we waited 40mins for our car. I kept phoning them to be told they are very busy!!! We had a tired, poorly 4yr old and even telling them my son was ill didn't speed things up! They clearly didn't have enough staff on duty for amount of arrivals. In addition to the waiting times each end everytime you speak to them on the phone it's very frustrating. They appear to have a reception issue which results in a number of calls being disconnected. In addition there's a slight language barrier. Poor service over all.

Reviewed on 27th June 2017I booked to arrive at 12.30 on sat 10th, we rang 15 minutes before we arrived as asked to d. We still had to sit around for 10 minites after we got there until someone arrived. Upon return, once we had collected our baggage we tried to ring the given number which went straight to voicemail which at 3am is not what you want!! It took 4 attempts to get through by which time we are getting worried! Once we did get through they said 10 minutes so we waited and waited and waited, after nearly 35 minutes the driver arrived in my car by which point I was really quite angry tired and wanted to get home! (3.50am by this point) Overall on the way out and way back we were really dissatisfied, we used them this year because of how good the service was last year but after this experience we will not again!

Reviewed on 21st June 2017Drop off was seemless. Met the driver as we got there, all handed over fine. The return trip was a different story. Called once we collected our bags, as per paperwork. It took 6 attempts to get through to the supplied number. We were told to meet at car park 6 level 4. We got there in around 15 minutes. We had to call another 3 times to see where the driver was. On my last call, the number just rang. My wife called from another phone and it was answered straightway. In the end, we waited nearly 40 minutes for our car to be returned to us.

Reviewed on 6th September 2016This is an honest company and the driver we met both times was very pleasant. However we wouldn't use them again. It was a right faff!! We are used to being dropped right to he door of the terminal. With this company you have to meet in a car park, get trolley find own way to door. Coming back we didn't know which mobile to contact and forgot the floor of the car park to meet. We rang and texted both mobile numbers immediately we got our bags and it took 40 mins to get our car. It then costs you another £3.50 to exit the car park. The last thing we wanted after our holiday was to be looking around for British coins. If you want a smooth seamless drop ft and pick up don't use this company. But they're very nice nonetheless. We will use another company.

Reviewed on 14th September 2015The Valet company did not have a record of my booking on my departure or my return. Also on my return we had to wait 20 minutes once we arrived at the meeting point. We were still met but was not a great start or end to a holiday!

Reviewed on 11th September 2015Drop off was simple with driver waiting when we arrived at Gatwick. He didn't inspect the vehicle as much as I expected or ask me to sign for anything like mileage or visible damage. I have a company car with a tracker so not as important if it was my own car. Called to collect car once waiting for my cases and was told they would be 15 minutes. 1 hour later car arrived due to a mix up with wrong car sent. Very apologetic and paid £3 car park ticket. Would use again despite the delay with collection as my car didn't look like it had been parked in a field unlike other meet and greet companies I have used before.

Reviewed on 30th August 2015Rang twice from collecting baggage to car park was told twice go to orange level one waited there for 1/2 hour then rang again told go to orange ground floor, met the guy with my car had to pay £7.50 instead of £3 there fault not mine.
