Reviewed on 9th August 2015The time between phoning the company and them arriving was much longer than we have experienced before. On our return to Gatwick they said 20 mins wait and arrived 40 after 40!

Massive downside was coming back to our car knowing we had put £30 in before leaving for holiday so we knew we didn't have to fill up at 2am in the morning. We came back to an empty tank when it should have been at least half. Very disappointed that the company had obviously used the car without permission. Would never use again as left us searching at 2am in the morning for a petrol station. Which we really did not expect to have to do to.

Reviewed on 15th June 2015Drop off fine. Collection point not explained very well, despite speaking with the driver three times. When we finally located our car it was left in the car park unattended whilst he went to collect someone else's car! Clearly all the signs around the car park that state 'unattended cars may be towed away' meant nothing. He claimed it was all out fault as we took too long, however he didn't try to call us back once to try and help. I would not use this company again.

Reviewed on 10th October 2014Timing was good on both meet and greet, although inspected in Gatwick car park at 02-30 hours the poor lighting didn't show that the off side had been grazed while in your care, these showed up in daylight.

Reviewed on 9th September 2014Drop off was very good. Only had to wait 5 minutes for the driver to arrive to collect the car from the meeting point. Return of the car was a nightmare. We made several calls to the company for information as to when the car would arrive so that my family (inc 3 small children) could remain warm in the airport terminal at 1am rather than the cold of the car park. We were assured it would only be 15 minutes. So after 15 minutes we moved to the collection point of gatwick south terminal car park. Several calls over a period of an hour were made where the man on the phone said our car was 5 minutes away. MY entire family were not pleased!!!! won't use them again.

Reviewed on 29th July 2014Car not returned to correct car park so had to ring to divert. Car returned very dirty with bird poo all over it.
