This has to be our easiest parking experience to date at Gatwick. The driver was polite, friendly and punctual. One tip though, book well in advance as this is a very popular service and only a few pounds dearer than long stay off site parking. Recommended.

Park & Go provided an excellent and a very convenient service when I travelled from Gatwick airport.

Excellent service. Did not have to wait long on return. My wife left her phone on the car by mistake but they returned it on arrival. Right choice.

Guy was waiting when we turned up and only had to wait a few mins to get car back......excellent!!!

Excellent service as always. We were arriving with two cars and two people were waiting to take the cars off us. When we returned one car was already there and the other arrived within minutes. This kind of service makes the whole business painless and I can't recommend it enough.

Second time I've used this service; worked well (slight delay when we arrived at the airport); saves minibus transfers from a remote car park, so can turn up at the airport 15mins later!

Drop off was very good. Only had to wait 5 minutes for the driver to arrive to collect the car from the meeting point. Return of the car was a nightmare. We made several calls to the company for information as to when the car would arrive so that my family (inc 3 small children) could remain warm in the airport terminal at 1am rather than the cold of the car park. We were assured it would only be 15 minutes. So after 15 minutes we moved to the collection point of gatwick south terminal car park. Several calls over a period of an hour were made where the man on the phone said our car was 5 minutes away. MY entire family were not pleased!!!! won't use them again.

First time using this service, found the whole process easy and all went smoothly. Fast and efficient service at a great price. Best bit was only having a short walk to/from the terminal as opposed to waiting for a bus transfer, especially after a long delayed return flight. Would definitely use again and recommend, thanks very much.
