Reviewed on 10th October 2014Timing was good on both meet and greet, although inspected in Gatwick car park at 02-30 hours the poor lighting didn't show that the off side had been grazed while in your care, these showed up in daylight.

Reviewed on 25th September 2014Collecting the car from Gatwick after the holiday was no problem and an effort (albeit brief) to clean the car of dust was appreciated. However, the process of collecting the car was not achieved smoothly. We had arranged to drop the car off late at night but when I called from the M25 it appeared that there was an error and we were not expected; as a result confusion reigned. Not helped by the fact that as I approached Gatwick I could not get through to talk to anyone, we ended up parked for 15-20 minutes before the car was collected. I also feel that the use of Car Park 6 for collection / delivery is not clearly explained. Now that I know what to do the worry over dropping off the car would have been avoided. Having said that the situation was resolved and so I would still recommend the service and anticipate using it again. However, for future reference, I will call before setting off to ensure that I am expected.
