Excellent Service, thank you

Please note this is not an approved operator so collection is in the short term car park. This was not made clear to us until arrival. There was some slight confusion causing a minor delay, although the service was acceptable. This information should be available on booking.

Excellent service very fast and effecient exactly what they said it would be. Would use again without a doubt.

Having used this service for the past 7 years was surprised there was no fore warning that drop off point had changed from outside departures to meeting on level 3 of a car park......we called 10 minutes before as instructed but there was no answer as we approached departures we finally got though and managed to get into the right lane for the car park, we then unfortunately had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be met. On return the lift to the car park level took forever as so many people returning so even though we weren't left waiting for Park & Go we did have tired children and luggage waiting around to get into car park........sorry Park & Go but think we'll be looking around next year, we used you for your ease in the past and paid extra for the collection/drop ease but this experience was longer than paying less and getting a shuttle bus to terminal.

Had great service last year so used company again this year. Not such good service this year. Had to wait at local garage on way to airport as short staffed and nobody to meet us at appointed time. Drop off in car park due to costs now involved . Collection ok on way back but have to say preferred set up that was used last summer to this year.

The service was fine with no hiccups (just a short wait when we got there as they weren't on time), but we had to go into a car park for the handover, which I thought was added time and seemed a strange way of doing it.

Excellent service and smooth drop off and pick up from Gatwick. We were early on the day of departure but that was not an issue for park and Go who were there waiting for us as promised even though we were some 2 hours early. Will definitely be using again.

Value for money this service was amazing. Called ten minutes before and met at north terminal car park 6 within minutes of us arriving. Coming back we phoned as soon as we collected our luggage met us at same place within ten minutes of us arriving. They also paid the parking ticket. Car came back extremely muddy so looked like may have been parked in field. .

Very reasonably priced. Very convenient to drop at the terminal and pick up from the terminal too. Would definitely use again.
