Reviewed on 4th November 2024Spent to much time standing in a car park to have the car picked up and again to pick the car up. First time of using and it'll be the last, might suit others but I like to just drive in, be it 10 minutes or so early and be met straight away. I'm never in a hurry but certainly can't be doing with unnecessary waiting about, so lesson learnt and back to LG parking for me.

Reviewed on 31st October 2024The Gatwick Valet Parking Company provided an excellent service. It did take a few minutes for the driver to arrive when we initially got to the airport to drop off the car but on our return, the driver was actually waiting for us with the car by the time we got to the car park. The only thing I would prefer is to have the car park ticket cost included in the charge at the time of booking - but the communication about this was very clear.
