Staff were friendly but the car was returned filthy dirty covered in mud! It Looked like it had been driven around a muddy field. The front and back windscreens were so dirty we had to clean them before we could drive off safely ! We have used Park and Go many times before but would not use this particular company again. The car had just been cleaned when we dropped it off and had to have a full valet after! Very disappointing.

The best service ever! Been using Valet parking services for years but never have I got such great service. It's also very easy to park on the ground floor. Best asset is Paul, he was super friendly, helped remove all the bags from the car and also waited for us all ready with the booth open and put our bags back in the car on our return. We never had to wait for him, he was always on time and we had a very good experience thanks to Paul.

The first time I booked through Park and Go as I have to travel for one week the experience was spot on the team come early as booking pick my luggage and leave the rest from him took the car. My way back was same, called the company the time I arrive to the car park my car was there. Many thanks for the great service definitely I will use the park and go in future.

Great value and an excellent service.

All went very smoothly, return agent sensibly suggested bringing the car back to the drop-off area because the lifts to the car park were rammed. The driver ensured I was aware of the £6 fee to be paid online for use of the drop-off area (same cost as car park exit fee).

Very good, all round service.

I used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company for the first time recently and they were great. The driver met us on time and with a friendly manner and when we returned, there was a 20 minutes flight delay and Paul called me to see how things were going. Steering a young family of 6 through Gatwick is tricky but his patience and kindness helped a lot. Only £6 to exit the car park meeting area after loading sprogs Etc was cheaper than I expected. We'll use them again!

Absolutely flawless service and would not hesitate to book with The Gatwick Valet Parking Company again. Paul was absolutely lovely and was on time for both legs of our journey. He made everything so easy and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were a bit nervous to book as they were so much cheaper than everyone else, but there were no issues and we look forward to booking again for our next trip.
