Really great service. I was an hour late getting there and my flight was delayed 2 hours coming home. Really appreciated the patience as was slightly worked up with 2 young children. Would highly recommend using again, and will be doing so.

This was the best meet and greet service that we have used. We arrived a good 45 minutes before we were supposed to but we were still met within 5 minutes of arriving at the airport car park. And the same on our return. Both times the driver was polite, charming and efficient and it was significantly cheaper than most of the other quotes. We will definitely use The Gatwick Valet Parking Company again.

The 4 point score is because when we arrived at the airport we got there early and had to wait for the car to be collected. This despite phoning 15 minutes before arrival. On departure the car was at the car park before us. Otherwise it would have been 5 out of 5.
