Reviewed on 8th January 2024Smooth and seamless service both on pick up and drop off. Short stay (orange) was across the road from the departures. Not completely obvious where the orange car park was (based on my first time experience driving to Gatwick), but that’s an airport signage / my navigational abilities issue, not a Park and Go issue. Would recommend.

Reviewed on 29th December 2023Return pick up was good and car arrived in excellent time and in good condition. Drop off not so good as driver was 20 minutes late despite confirming they would be on time; we also had to ring twice to chase.
