I have used many park and ride services, this was the best by far. No waiting, no flaffing, no stress, ideal when you have a family of 5. On drop off, instructions were clear, we called number given and driver arrived within 10 minutes (rare!), super friendly, explained return process, keys exchanged and we were on our way in minutes. On return, called as bags collected and car was waiting for us before we got up and out of lifts, same driver, same polite manner, advised ticket to exit on barrier was on dash, just the £5 ticket fee to pay as explained in booking process. They were the cheapest we found and to deliver such a perfect service was a huge bonus. 5* service, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service, driver arrived on time. Lovely man who couldn’t do enough for you. Delivered my car on time when I got back. I will use them again on my next trip at Christmas. Top class from The Gatwick Valet Parking Company.

THE PARK AND GO VALET ATTENDANT WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. HE GAVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS OF WHERE HE WOULD MEET US AND CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON OUR RETURN. WE HAVE USED THE GATWICK VALET PARKING COMPANY A FEW TIMES AND EACH TIME AS GOOD AS THE LAST. WILL CONTINUE TO USE.

Pretty good. He was waiting there as we arrived, but it took 25 minutes from when we rang after getting our bags. But the car was nice and clean as if it had been parked inside perhaps?

I can’t fault the experience. The guy who picked up and returned the car was top notch. Fantastic customer service and I’ll definitely use this service again.

Rang 15 minutes before getting to car park as instructed, waited only 10 minutes for arrival. Pleased with service, would use again.
