Phoned the number given 15 minutes before we arrived and given precise instructions where to park and met a chap who was polite and on our return phoned again and he met me with my car at the same place in the short stay car park. No hanging about and will be using again!

Reviewed on 24th July 2022Overall a good experience, on our arrival at 4am we had to wait 10 minutes for the driver to arrive. However on departure only a 3 or 4 minute wait.

With regards to The Gatwick Valet Company they were absolutely brilliant. Met us when requested going out and only had to wait 5 minutes coming back. Highly recommend all concerned and will book with them again.
