Reviewed on 18th February 2020Arriving was good, returning it seems they don’t monitor flights 🤷♀️ so when we rang we got a message service first, then rang again and spoke to man who said he was on his way but we’d have to wait 20 minutes but realistically was more like 30. Very good value, would use again but next time I would ring when plane landed rather than in baggage hall as ended up standing in the cold for 10 minutes. Staff all very friendly and easy to deal with.
