Departure was fine. On return from our holiday, my family had to wait for a hour in the early hours of the morning to receive our vehicle. On receiving our vehicle there was no apology. We have used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company for a number of years and have always found their service to be excellent. From first contact, collection and pick up. This year their service was second to none. We had a 10 hour delay coming back from Orlando, which involved 2 unscheduled stops in Canada and Ireland. When we were able to contact them we found they we tracking the flight and were aware of the problems we were having. On our eventual arrival they were very prompt on the car drop off. Well done.

Very friendly and efficient service. Driver waited patiently and kept in touch with us whilst we were caught up in traffic jam on outward journey and was there waiting for us on our return journey.

Great service at a reasonable price. Drop off driver waited patiently for my arrival which was delayed due to heavy traffic, friendly polite and courteous. Pick up driver arrived shortly after we did which meant no delay in leaving the car park. First time using this Company will definitely use again.

Service as usual was very good for dropping car off at Gatwick and picking up car on return. Slightly disappointed at state of car on return as it was very dirty on rear of car as if it had been parked under trees with all the debris of the trees over car.

Awesome service! Couldn't be more satisfied! Excellent communications. Waited 5 minutes maximum to deliver the car and 0 minutes to pick it up on return. Of course I kept Paul updated with my flight delays in advance and this definitely helped both sides to time it better! Will use again for sure!
