Collecting the car from Gatwick after the holiday was no problem and an effort (albeit brief) to clean the car of dust was appreciated. However, the process of collecting the car was not achieved smoothly. We had arranged to drop the car off late at night but when I called from the M25 it appeared that there was an error and we were not expected; as a result confusion reigned. Not helped by the fact that as I approached Gatwick I could not get through to talk to anyone, we ended up parked for 15-20 minutes before the car was collected. I also feel that the use of Car Park 6 for collection / delivery is not clearly explained. Now that I know what to do the worry over dropping off the car would have been avoided. Having said that the situation was resolved and so I would still recommend the service and anticipate using it again. However, for future reference, I will call before setting off to ensure that I am expected.

Guy was waiting when we turned up and only had to wait a few mins to get car back......excellent!!!

Second time I've used this service; worked well (slight delay when we arrived at the airport); saves minibus transfers from a remote car park, so can turn up at the airport 15mins later!

Very good service, waiting time about 10 minutes for your car to return. Only problem was on our way into Gatwick we were not told which level to wait on. Would use again.

Because the service offered by 'Park & Go' was not an official valet parking scheme as authorised by Gatwick airport initially I had some reservations. These were unfounded and the service that I received was considerably cheaper than the officially recognised services. They were also pleasant, polite and timely and I would have no reservations in using them again.

No problems, makes it a lot easier than getting a bus from the car park.

Drop off at Gatwick was very clear. Listen clearly to instructions as to which 'colour' car park to enter at the short stay car park - it is sub-divided. Driver was there to collect on time and equally we collected our bags on arrival back in the UK, made the call and walked straight to our car and were handed the keys. All was well. The only hiccup in our case was at 5am on day of departure we called 15 minutes before arriving as instructed and they didn't have my booking on their list, however, they were there to meet us when we arrived.

The service was good and professional and actually very convenient.
