First time I've used Park & Go and was impressed with the service and price, at Gatwick (N). The only minor difficulty is arriving via M25/M23, in that there is nowhere to stop and give the 15 mins notice asked for,until you are on the airport complex. Allow an extra 15 mins and you will be fine.

Great service no problems at all.

Good service on outbound journey. Had to wait 25 mins on return due to a dead phone in the office, should supply two numbers but would use again.

Very efficient and fair price. Had to wait 5 mins for car and pay on exit - no major issue, but an opportunity to improve.

Efficient and friendly although we did have a nerve racking 15 minutes on arrival when we were unable to get an answer to our calls. Having said that when the phone was answered everything went smoothly and again on our return there were no problems.

I thought the service was good but I would have scored it a 5 had the valet been wearing official id to show which company he worked for and for peace of mind when we dropped off the car.

Difficult to hear the response to our phone calls, car park directions need to be clearer, surprised to find I had to pay to get out of the car park.

Good overall experience - very early hours return to LGW resulted in several unanswered calls on arrival and slightly delayed return of car, but not excessive. Would use again.

Arrived about 1.30 in the morning and had to wait 45 minutes with 2 small kids. Not good.
