Flying Scot car park was okay, but there are a few things that could have been better. The main issue are the transfers, they are not very frequent. After arriving we had to wait 25 minutes until there were more people present as they were only running 2 vehicles. On the return, we followed the process of calling for a pick up and then waited nearly 30 minutes before anyone arrived (it is an automated pick up request system, so could not speak to anyone). When we got back we were told the row they had parked our car in and told to go get it ourselves, only to find it had been parked so close to the next car that we could not get in the drivers door, so had to squeeze in the passenger door and climb across before driving forward to let passengers in. The positive was that it was reasonably priced.

There was transport waiting when we arrived but did not get on that bus as it was full, waited good 15 minutes for a bus to come then and it sat for ages before it left waiting on people who never came. Have used you for 20 years and this was the worst wait we ever had. Could be looking for some other place next holiday !!!

Been to better car parks, your car is left in a car park to pick up, been to others and they have your car ready at the front, not customer friendly I paid more thinking I would get better sadly not won't be using again.

The car parking is good and usually no issues, however on return and phoning as requested, we were eventually met by driver who appeared to be stressed and asked for no one to get on the bus as he only had 16 seats so everyone was to speak to him personally at the rear of the bus before getting on. However as usual one lady got on leaving her husband at rear with luggage and then a man who was ahead in queue could not get a seat, driver eventually told him to sit at front with him and left her in seat, he then chose to discuss his life,s knowledge of drug addicts, jakeys etc on the journey back (totally unprofessional) he requires some training on etiquette and when to air his views, also a list of who the first 16 passengers that have phoned may alleviate the confusion caused.

Arrived at car park to be told they had no trace of my booking so held up while I found paperwork.

Good on arrival however disappointed on our return, handed out keys you'd 'row 6' we found the row but couldn't find our car (2nd last bay at top on carpark). Car next to us was so close it was difficult to get access to our car. Car was think with ice but couldn't get back out with de icer due to access.

There was no answer to our call to the car park from the baggage reclaim centre. Fortunately we new where to go to to get the bus.

Outgoing trip was all fine - no issues what so ever. Return trip we had to wait for 20/25 minutes; after phoning; for a minibus to arrive, not good at 10pm with 2 small kids.

Directions were not clear on how to find the site however once we got there, thankfully we allowed enough time for this, all other procedures were of an acceptable standard. Not sure I would use this site again.

Directions to car park could be improved sent us to another car parking area. On way out one of the staff was less than helpful when she said she didn't have my booking which I booked online. When I showed her the documentation she said "that's not us" as If it was my fault. Her older colleague seemed to pick up at my discomfort and intervened with other customers watching. On the bus to the airport all remarked on the ladies unhelpful demeanour. Not great first impressions.
