It was as shame we had to wait almost 20 mins on bus, as bus that was there was full and had no room for us surley you would have known amount of people waiting for bus and made arrangements to ensure no one had to wait in the cold.

When we arrived on 6th July, in the afternoon, the mini-bus was full, so had to wait 10 minutes for it to return to take us to the airport. When we returned to Glasgow airport on 21st July, I phoned the free phone number, to be told to phone back once we had our luggage as there was only one bus due to delayed flights. I phoned back, then given directions as to where to wait. We waited (1.30am and cold) around 11 minutes, then were told he could only take 19 people and because of delayed flights, was really busy, and then, it became a free for all - people running to the back with cases, to jump on, skiping the que. I had an 11 year old, who was sleeping on his feet and they shoved past and got on and we had to wait a further 15 minutes for him to come back. Considering we paid £48.99 for 2 wks parking, I'd expect more buses and staff to cater for the amount of people and won't use them again.

I felt that the park was secure and my car would be safe for the 10 days that we were leaving it. The park was really difficult to find, only signposted at the last moment, it was a very anxious 30 minutes, we even detoured to a different car park and the staff there gave us directions. On return we were picked up promptly, but, it was difficult to distinguish which were the courtesy phones in Glasgow airport, actually they are the airport information phones.

Not the best experience on return journey at 11pm at night. Apart from the coach driver who provided helpful M8 route instructions to all passengers, the reception member of staff was clearly not of the same attitude either on the phone or on arrival to collect my car keys. Bus in use was cramped for space as it was full and in my opinion beyond it's use by date for passenger comfort.Car park lighting could be improved.

The shuttle service was fine. The car wash service was an entirely different matter. I paid £3.50 for a car wash and I failed to see the difference from when I left my car till I came back. Not a good wash at all and certainly will not be using that again If I ever use Flying Scot again. Tainted my experience. Not happy!

Experience generally good and positive however collection arrangements from airport on return could have been better.

The instructions to find this carpark were not easy to follow. All that had to be said was that the T-junction was 1.5 miles further down the road...not rocket science just plain simple directions! I would suggest that these instructions are amended. In fact we ended up at another carpark who had a map already for us to follow as they get a lot of people who were in the same situation as ourselves.

Great pick up and drop off service. Very helpful driver. However, please be more specific with your directions. We got lost! Other friends have said they did the same. When we commented to staff at reception about the quality of the dirctions they were quite rude. Disappointing! Remember directions are only right if they can easily be followed!Driver gave us good directions for getting back to M8! Well done! Overall a good service.
