5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

Hi, I would consider this as an average experience. Not bad at all. The reason im saying this is, my car floor mats were really dirty, as of somebody has been cleaning their shoes on them. I handed over the car after being fully washed, so i could notice these details. I would still like to use in future.

Wasn’t as efficient as other meet and greet companies I have used through Park And Go. Had to wait for about 10 minutes for the driver to come and collect our car, even though I had rang when I was 20 minutes away. Same on return, but ended up waiting for 20 minutes. Had to keep on ringing to find out where the driver was. Last thing you need when you’ve got a toddler with you. My car also had 20 miles more than what I had left it on. Which was a little strange as it’s only Ever had 10 miles when I’ve used other companies. There was a suction mark in the middle of my windscreen. Not really sure why there would be one if my car is only being driven to a compound.

It was okay overall, drop off was fine really but collecting the car coming home took 25 minutes as opposed to the promised 15 and the roads were quiet. No huge issue really, just not as good as we have come to expect from 5 star, and as you can see we use them regularly.

Good on price and drop off, not so great on pick up. Easy to get through to on the phone for the drop but make sure you get your timings right as they don't have much flexibility on drop off, likely due to the tricky set up at T3. Most disappointed with the return when an 'it'll be 5-10 minutes' turned to 40 minutes after my selected time slot. Turns out they forgot to get the car out of the car park and it arrived back pretty dusty. Much promise, very polite and apologetic and they have other good reviews but we just didn't get the service this time.

The service and punctuality was fine, but the all the car windows had dust stains on them that even a car wash could not remove.

5 star are normally really good, but came up short this time. I called 30 minutes before arrival as usual and the call receiver said yes that's fine and I said I would be at the usual meeting spot. Then 10 minutes later I got a call saying that they couldn't find any record of my booking. I then had to sort out the paperwork and thankfully had a passenger who could read out all the details. They eventually found the booking. This was a stressful and unwelcome experience. The driver was then there a couple of minutes after we arrived and things went smoothly. The return was smooth and efficient as I have come to expect. I'm using them again on Friday and have 11 upcoming booking with 5 Star, so hopefully this was just a glitch.

No problem on way out, but 35 minute wait for car on way back, despite phoning straight away once off the plane.

Not as good as normal as the drop off driver was 10 minutes late (I booked for 06.00 and it was 6.10 when he turned up without apology) and the dispatcher was very off hand and curt when I called to ask where the driver was(the dispatcher had said the driver would be there at 05.55 when I called). Pick was easy and up to normal standards.

Needed to wait for over 20 minutes to collect the car, otherwise a good service.

I use this service all the time and the guys are great but I am becoming increasingly frustrated by them changing my radio settings and this week changing my sunroof. I understand they need to drive the car but it should stop there why do they need to play with my gadgets ?
