Total confusion when picking car up, paperwork said go to level 1 but when we phoned were told to go to Level 4. No one appeared so telephoned again and were told to go to level 2! Not what we needed in the freezing cold after a 13 hour flight!!

I am a regular user of 5 Star but the price has gone up recently and the return of my car this trip took longer than normal, >30 minutes.

We feel you haven't got this quite right. The booking all went smoothly but when I phoned to let you know we were half an hour away from Heathrow, you couldn't find our booking, even though I had a reference. Anyway, we were met efficiently and that all was fine. The problem was on our return, even though following the instructions and phoning on arrival and again when we had our baggage, we had a 20 minute wait. Our car was in the car park but no members of Park & Go. The desk was manned by other company representatives but none of yours. We had to telephone again and were told you were delivering another car. After travelling for 17 hours, this was not what we wanted to hear. Just a bit of a shame as we probably won't book with you again.

Phoned 30 mins beforehand to say running early by 30 mins but they still turned up at original booked time. On landing phoned to say landed - as per instruction. Advised to phone back when suitcases collected which we did but they were still late although had over 1 hours notice of arrival.

Disappointed after calling 30 mins before the pick up that it took a further 3 calls and 1 hour later for my car to be delivered back to me. They said they couldn't find the car under my registration. Not a 5 star service in my opinion!!

Our experience was mixed. Our departure was perfect, we arrived early and the phoned the number and the driver arrived promptly. On arrival back in the UK we called as instructed after clearing customs and were informed our vehicle was on its way. After 30mins standing in a cold carpark and 2 further calls our car finally arrived without a hint of an apology. 3/5 because our departure was as expected but the arrival was poor, Not recommended for that reason.

This service worked well on arrival at the airport, however, we were kept waiting at the short stay car park for nearly 45 minutes for our car on return despite ringing when we landed (as requested) and again when we had collected baggage.
