5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

Used many times and would use again. A few SMALL improvement recommendations: When departing I had to wait 20 minutes for the driver. When arriving at T4, instructions to where to meet the driver where not clear and different to what was printed.

On time as always.

Fairly good. A bit slow in answering phone on return. Had to ring 3 times to get an answer.

Good value but had to wait 20 minutes for driver to collect the car.

Driver was there to meet me when I dropped off car, and only a short delay on my return. Will definitely use them again.

Straightforward service. Would have given a 5 except we had to call twice from the airport for collection. Also there was staff from other meet and greet companies but no staff waiting to help us when we went to collect the car. However the car arrived pretty quickly and we were happy with the service. Would use again.

Excellent service, only reason I didn't give 5 out of 5 was when we picked the car up it was bedlam, but this wasn't the parking companies fault. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I called the company as advised 30 minutes before I arrived and got to the car park to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. I phoned another 3 times to chase up the company and eventually the guy turned up. On my return I phoned the company and was told they would be there in 15-20 minutes. I waited where they advised and could not see the car and was about to call the company again. I started to walk around and noticed my car in the car park and the guy sat inside the car. The meet and greet service was not perfect as I feel they could have been slightly more efficient with their service (on time and stood outside the car to let you know they are there). However, I was able to park the car straight at the airport and the company take the car and park for me which allowed my journey to be easier. I would try the company again as I feel they were adequate for what I needed. Just bearing in mind the extra time needed if using again.

Easy as always! a bit of a wait for the driver at arrivals but all smooth at pick up and no problem arriving at a different terminal!

Very good service. The car seemed to have been left under a tree as it was covered in tree berries??
