Reviewed on 19th May 2016It was good to have a member of the DriveFly team waiting on arrival at terminal 5 parking. Drivefly used to ring you half an hour before you arrived which I found very useful. You now have to ring them.

I even called them on the same day to tell the that actually I was going to drop off the car about 45min earlier and I only wait about 10min. On my return only took them to bring my car from the time I called them about 10-15min. VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY will use again

Reviewed on 23rd April 2011I like it that Drive Fly ring you 30 minutes before your collection time but I find the 15+ Minutes it takes to return the car longer than other parking companies and seems an age late at night.

Reviewed on 22nd April 2011As ever... we wish we could have our car sooner on pick up from the way back... every time.... we wait at least 20 minutes... after a long flight/jet lagged... it's not great! Especially as our flight wasn't delayed so our car could have been waiting for us - instead (as always!) we had to wait for it. Staff was very pleasant and drop off was efficient as always. Which are it's PLUS.

Reviewed on 18th April 2011Staff very friendly but downside was going round the block 4-5 times as the traffic warden kept moving me on whilst the guy arrived to take the car. Not his fault but those wardens need to lighten up. C RENSHAW
