Other than price, there is nothing good to say about my experience. Twice whilst on holiday I received messages via my MercedesMe App that the car was unlocked and windows open. I phoned DriveFly from South Africa and each time was told they would check the car and ruing me back. Neither time did they do so. When I collected the car the retractable hood bin was lowered, indicating that someone had dropped the hood of my car and a protective sponge (for luggage I had to put inside the cabin) had been thrown away. DriveFly have denied any liability or use of the vehicle and washed their hands of the incidents, based purely on speaking to the drivers. It seems they haven't even bothered to check their own CCTV.

The initial collection of my car at heathrow was fine, I called the company aroud 15 minutes before I arrived and an attendant was waiting for me. I was due to pick up my car 2 days later at 8am. The following day (the day before I was due to pick my car up) I receievd a call at 4am (I was sleeping) asking me if My flight was on time and if I would be there at the right time. Had it been the day of my return, I would have been on the plane when they called. My flight back the next day was on time and I called the company once I arrived back at Heathrow and was told that my car was on it's way. 8am came and went and my car did not arrive until 9:15am. I was extremely late for work and would not recommend this company if punctuality is what you are looking for. A very poor experience.

I did not receive a call prior to my arrival, which resulted in me calling and waiting for a driver, who did turn up pretty quickly in fairness, on my return journey they took some time to find my booking as my name had appeared incorrect ti the booking.

It was a very good experience with my car being collected and delivered promptly ,sadly that experience has been diluted as i have discovered that a pen is missing from my car .I know the pen was in the vehicle as it was used to record the vehicle mileage prior to handing the keys over.

Driver went to the wrong terminal so I was waiting for about 20 mins for him to come and collect my car when I arrived at the airport, and I also waited at least 10 mins for my car to arrive at the terminal on my return flight.

POOR. No-one there to meet me after 3(Three) phone calls and twice around the block A man who I had asked if he was Park and Go turned up. A second rate experience. Will NOT use again.

System would work well if you didn,t have to wait so long.On arrival we had to wait 40 mins to be met. When we arrived back at Heathrow I lied when I phoned to say that we had our baggage got outside and still waited 30 mins. The drivers were very polite and curtious though. You need to speed up your meet and greet times.

Everything went smoothly on our outward journey. We were called 30 minutes before we were due to arrive and the driver was there waiting for us at the terminal when we arrived. However on the return journey we rang, as advised to, when we got to the baggage reclaim. We were told to wait in the terminal and that the driver would ring us when he got there. We waited for an hour before he got there. As they had our flight details I don't understand why they couldn't have been prepared for our arrival and even been there waiting for us. On collection of our car I discovered that the front passenger seat was absolutely soaking as was the floor area. When I questioned the driver about it he said he had to open the window on his journey to demist the windscreen. There was no way it could have become that wet in such a short time, so we could only assume it had been stored with the window left open. Unfortunately if the return journey had been as good as the outward journey I would definitely use them again, BUT it wasn't and for that reason I will not.

I arrived early and you could not cope with this. I was a women on my own and had to sit in a car outside the terminal for 45 mins. No updates I had to keep calling to see if anyone was coming. The collection was very smooth and the staff were lovely. Shame the begining was so bad.
