No problems on drop off but unhappy on return. We called after collecting bags and were told to go to Level 4 Row R and the car would be delivered in 10 - 15 minutes. After at least 20 minutes I asked the gentleman at the desk if he could chase it up. It transpired the car was already in the car park - delivered to Row S 15 minutes before I made the phone call! Drive Fly did pay the fee.

It was a shame that i had to wait 25 mins to drop my car... I was on time (6:22)... and that was known by the staff who spoke to me at 6AM... I had to call at 6:50 to "hunt down" the person who would take my car. Luckily I wasn't cutting it fine with my flight! But why did I have to wait? I was on time and there seemed to be no one else!

Good drop off arrangement at Terminal 5 short term car park in the morning. It was quick and efficient. Although in the evening I had to wait 20 minutes in the cold on my own for my car to arrive at the allocated collection point at terminal 5 car park. I had left my flight details so there could be no confusion about my arrival time. After 2 phonecalls my car eventually arrived and very hot inside as if it had been driven for a while. After a week of business travel in and out of the country it's not good to keep a tired customer waiting.

We have used this service a couple of times in the past without any problems, but on my boss' (Paul Daly) recent business trip he was left waiting 40 minutes for his car to be returned to him. One of my other travellers who returned the day before was left waiting 15 minutes by the meeting point, which is just about acceptable, but 40 minutes was excessive after a long flight. There are many other Meet & Greet providers operating from Heathrow and next time we will try one of these, in spite of the competitive prices offered by Drive Fly.

My MPV was returned with mud all over the floors on both the drivers side, the passengers side and most tellingly the rear passengers floor. It had obviously been sat in by multiple people in some wet and muddy situation.I had cleaned it only 3 days previous so I am confident in my claim. The agent had already left before a colleague pointed it out. Other than that I have found them courteous and prompt. This had not happened before or since.

On our departure very quick pick up, very pleased.However, had to wait some time before car arrived on our return, which at 2230 with two tiered children is not good.Could have been faster ( and we had our luggage very quickly).

very smooth drop off - drive fly were waiting for us. Not so good on the way back: none of the contact numbers for Drivefly were answered - the phone just rang off the hook or engaged despite my ringing them about 10 times. And when we got to the pick up point, they seemed to have little idea we were coming, despite having all our flight details. That said, it was only 15 minutes for the car to be brought to us, and the staff were apologetic (said they were very busy!!). It is a cheap service, and you get what you pay for. I would use again. PS it would be very helpful if staff could wear a drivefly badge so that it is immediately obvious who you need to speak to

I booked 'meet and greet' to save time and effort. I was disappointed on my return when I was left standing for almost an hour - the number to call was either unanswered or engaged repeatedly. I was given endless excuses for the late arrival of my car which were laughable - how can the M25 be such a problem when the total mileage clocked up on my milometer was only 7 miles round trip?! It was very cold and damp (not helpful with rheumatoid arthritis) and we were exhausted anyway from an overnight flight. Don't make promises you can't deliver.

A bit concerned whne we called on our way to the airport and they couldn't seem to find our reservation. But we were met on time both on arrival at and departure from the airport by courteous staff, so overall we were pleased with the service.

Best value at Heathrow, but comunication with us at the airport could have been much better. Instructions said our mobile would be contacted 20 mins before our arrival time at LHR for outward flight. 10 mins before - no call - contacted the number given - the accent of the person who answered was so extreme we could not understand what was said. We called Head Office number - within 2 minutes we had a call back giving meeting point instructions and driver was there to meet us when we arrived, very helpful and thorough. We left from terminal 3 and returned to terminal 1, we were told meeting instructions would be given when we called after picking up bags. When we called we were told driver would be at terminal 1 within 15 mins but not where, we exited the terminal on the arrivals floor but no driver. We called the number and were told that the designated meeting point was the same as for departure (we had left from terminal 3!) on the departure lower level, we descended in the lift crossed over the two drop off lanes as instructed and found our car waiting for us. The time lost was minimal, but if we had not used meet and greet services before and so knew what to expect, the poor communications could have been a significant problem.
