This is the first time I have used Drive Fly and was disapointed with having to wait in excess of twenty minutes both dropping and picking the car up. I could have used the long term car park and got in and out of Heathrow quicker and cheaper. I will not be using this company again.

Instructions say to ring when we get our luggage - meaning we're five minutes from pick up spot. Apparently you have to wait 15 minutes from then. It took 20 minutes. It only takes 25 minutes for me to get home. I pay money not to have to wait. That's the idea behind meet or greet. I could have paid half the cost in medium term. Very frustrating. Especially when there wasn't an apology. They basically said I was in the wrong for complaining.

fantastic service, taking the stress out of arriving at the airport. driver waiting when we arrived having phoned us clear directions 20 minutes earlier. On our return the car was back 10 mins after we called from baggage hall. Will use again! so much easier than the other car parks.

I found the service unacceptable. As a meet and greet service, I had to wait over 5 minutes when I arrived before being able to deal with the paperwork. On the return trip, it was over 10 minutes before my car arrived. In addition, my seat settings in the car had been changed, the memory settings for the seats/mirrors had been lost and the settings for my radio had been lost or changed. I see no reason why anything other than mirror settings needed to be changed and certainly no reason whatsoever that radio settings to be changed: the driver is there simply to pick up and return the car, not to listen to the radio of his choice. Needless to say, I will not be using this service again.

This was the worst experience of valet parking that I have endured. On the outbound I was earlier than my scheduled arrival. I gave them an hours notice and they arrived 15 minutes after my scheduled time - bad road traffic was the reason? I could forgive that but on my return trip I rang and advised when I was in baggage, I rang when I got the baggage - 15 minutes later - and it took them an hour from the first call to deliver the car - an accident was the reason. I may as well have parked in long term and would have probably left the airport earlier. The manager phoned me and after a long discussion offered £15 compensation. My view is that if you run a valet service and your offsite car park is 5 miles from Heathrow then you should observe the arrival times and move the cars in to the local vicinity. There will always be traffic problems at Heathrow and 5 miles is too far.

Whilst the collection of my car was trouble free, it took them over an hour to return the car, on arrival back at Heathrow. I was given variety of different excuses by the staff. I would not use them again.

Excellent service, our driver was there straight away to deliver our car after we came off the plane. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

It was a terrible experience. Upon arrival into London after a 8 hour flight, we were very disappointed that our car was not waiting for us as agreed outside the departure terminal. We paid for this service and expected our car to be ready for us to drive home and we ended up waiting 10 minutes for our car to arrive. No apology was given after we called the office twice querying where our car was and the driver made no apology. We will never use Drive Fly Meet and Greet again.
