Instructions say to ring when we get our luggage - meaning we're five minutes from pick up spot. Apparently you have to wait 15 minutes from then. It took 20 minutes. It only takes 25 minutes for me to get home. I pay money not to have to wait. That's the idea behind meet or greet. I could have paid half the cost in medium term. Very frustrating. Especially when there wasn't an apology. They basically said I was in the wrong for complaining.

Second time I've used this service and again, excellent. Despite the fact that I arrived back at Heathrow much later than expected, my car was ready for me to drive off within minutes of confirmation of my return. Will use again next week!
