Reviewed on 26th March 2010It was a very good experience with my car being collected and delivered promptly ,sadly that experience has been diluted as i have discovered that a pen is missing from my car .I know the pen was in the vehicle as it was used to record the vehicle mileage prior to handing the keys over.

Reviewed on 25th March 2010Excellent service - 2nd time used this service and both times were great. They were there to meet us when we arrived at the airport and we called on our return and our car was there in minutes. Exceptional service and a great price- you would be mad not to book with them!

Reviewed on 23rd March 2010My MPV was returned with mud all over the floors on both the drivers side, the passengers side and most tellingly the rear passengers floor. It had obviously been sat in by multiple people in some wet and muddy situation.I had cleaned it only 3 days previous so I am confident in my claim. The agent had already left before a colleague pointed it out. Other than that I have found them courteous and prompt. This had not happened before or since.
Arrived early and no problems to re-arrange collection. On arrival car delivered just as we arrived at the pickup point. Very good service.

Reviewed on 15th March 2010Drive Fly Meet & Greet worked really well. Receieved a courtesy call in the morning to check we were on schedule for arrival at the terminal. The person collecting helped us unload our baggage and then took the car away. On our return to Heathrow, we called to say we had landed and were in the baggage hall awaiting our bags. The car and driver arrived at T1 just as we discovered one of our bags was still in Geneva. However, the driver kindly waited an extra 20 minutes while we sorted that out. Great service. Great price. Will definitely use again.
