I'm a very frequent traveller and it's the first time I've used a service like this. It was amazingly easy the staff were on time and very pleasant. I left car with them at terminal and it was there waiting when I arrived back how easy. The only thing that annoyed me was that my flight home was delayed until after midnight so I was told I had to pay an additional £25 for hrs between midnight and 4am. This was not clear at booking.

I am a woman that travels alone a lot so to have this service not only made me feel safe it also was such an easy process and a delight to come out of the airport and into my nicely warmed car. I had come from the Middle East into a frozen Britain at -6 so to be met with a warm car and friendly and helpful staff was lovely. I have given your web address to all those I know who park at airports and have given them my personal reccomendation. I will be using your service again later in the year. Thank you for making my journey a very easy one.

Absolutely first class service. They rang when they said they would to confirm how close I was, they were there when I arrived and took the car away and when I needed to return three days earlier than planned, there was no hassle at all. Best of all, they are less expensive than any other meet and greet firm I have found - real value for money and a good personal service. I felt like a VIP.

We've used the service at Heathrow Terminal 5 twice in the last couple of months and found the company very professional. They phoned us on our journey to confirm our arrival time and turned up promptly at the meet and greet. We'd be happy to recommend them.

Very polite staff received and returned my car. Booking was simple. On the outward journey someone greeted us and took the car as agreed. Slightly disappointed that it took half an hour from phone call to return car. It was freezing, but car has a heated windscreen so only takes minutes to prepare for use. Terminal 5 was also very efficient only took a couple of minutes from baggage reclaim to car park!

I thought I'd write a review on this service as it was my own first port of call before even considering booking. Now, like everyone I had my reservations about the idea of handing my car over to some complete stranger before flying away on holiday for christmas. Would it be kept safe in a secure compound? Would it be in the same condition as I left it in? Would it be there waiting for me when I got home? Plagued by such thoughts aren't we all? Well don't worry folks, this service is great! We arrived nearly an hour early at Heathrow T1 as it was snowing and we didn't want to chance the M25 turning into Britains biggest car park & cause us to miss our check in time. We called Drivefly & they were very helpful, sent a driver as soon as they could. He arrived 20 minutes later to collect our car (exactly where they said they'd meet us). Very polite chappy. We filled out the necessary paperwork & he was on his way within a few minutes. On the return trip our flight was delayed & we arrived back an hour late. Went to baggage claim & good old baggage handlers lost the baby car seat. Took another 45 minutes for them to find it. So nearly 2 hours later than our planned pick up time we called drivefly. Yet again they were helpful as ever, fully understood our situation and had our car waiting for us by the time we'd got back to the collection point. No damage to the car & still a near enough full tank of fuel. I highly recommend this service & will most certainly be using them again. Thanks Drivefly.
