Car drop off at terminal 3 heathrow was fine but don't know what went wrong when we arrived back a week later.The 10 minute wait we were promised became nearly 30 minutes before our car reappeared.Not what we expected or needed after a 7 hour flight!! Not impressed.

Service was ok going, driver was there to take our car on our arrival. However on our return we had to wait nearly an hour for our car to be delivered, this after a nine hour flight. Not impressed will not be using this service again.

Slightly long wait at drop off, about 20 minutes. Otherwise fine, staff very friendly. Possible improvement of waiting times.

I wasn't told which car park level to go to and therefore I had to wait another 15 minutes for my car to be collected upon arrival at the airport. This defeated the objective of meet and greet for me and I could have gone for a cheaper off-site car park.

Very efficient and courteous member of staff, phoned on time and was available at drop off and pick up points. Exit procedure explained clearly.
