A very reasonably priced service, but on my return I did not appreciate discovering that whoever had been driving my car had played my CDs, changed the climate control settings, and adjusted the seat.

I have used this service twice, both times they offered to wash and valet my car but both times this didn't happen. Therefore I don't recommend you pay in advance to have your car valeted. Drop off was fine on both occasions but our last flight arrived early and despite us ringing them as requested we had to wait 15 mins for the return of my car. To be fair it was an early morning flight but still this was disappointing.

I did have to wait more than 30 minutes at the airport to have the car collected. Even though I contacted you from the motorway and told my arrival time. This is not satisfactory. At arrival, again due to training, I waited 20 minutes outside, even though I phoned from inside the Terminal.

A good service spoiled only by the fact that when the car was returned the bodywork had been damaged & because we did not notice this until after we had returned home the company refused to accept any responsibility for it. The moral of this story is: Do not be rushed when your car is returned to you. Take your time & check your car thoroughly for signs of damage & make sure this is noted before you drive your car away. I guarantee it will save you a lot of money.

The driver who was taking my car from me drove up in what was presumably another client's car and drove straight into one of the park and fly signs. This was not a good initial introduction to the company. He indicated that it was a problem with the car's brakes but it did not fill me with a huge amount of confidence about the level of expertise in your drivers pool. Having said that on my return the car was fine and your driver who returned it was very professional.

Leaving for my flight everything went smoothly I was met by the rep on time and at the right place. Upon my return the rep had not even left the depot, we were advised he would be despatched straight away, he was not, after five minutes we were called back to say he was just leaving, he arrived some fifteen minutes after we called. I expected to be met upon arrival, I was not.
