1. This service is good value when comparing it to other Heathrow parking options. 2. Used this service three times in the last 6 months, sometimes your car has not reached the pick up point, but only needed to wait no more than five minutes. 3. Drivers have been friendly and efficient although sometimes first contact is difficult because the "Park and Go" logo is not clearly signed at the pick up point.

Very efficient and timely service with driver being at terminal when we got there for drop off and return of car being in the promised 15-20 mins from phone call to them on collecting baggage; costs were lower than some other similar services so this was an added benefit.

I was plesantly surprised with the service offered by Park and Go. The staff were very professional, on time and went out of their way to help me with other problems. I recommend this company. It is very reliable and not very expensive. It was cheaper than going by train.
