We travelled from Terminal 5, Heathrow in Sept. The Park and Go arrangements were clear, and carried out exactly as stated. The parking collection point was very convenient by the lift. On return at 5.30am, my car was delivered to the same location soon after the call. All staff were polite and efficient. Well done Park and Go.

We chose this simply because it was actually the cheapest option for Heathrow T5 at the time....anmd what a fabulous service - and so simple too. We got our call form the agent while we were on our way and I explained we were running late...It wasn;t a probelm. When we arrived at the drop off point the agent was waiting for us. The process was simple and we were on our way. On the return leg we called once we cleared customs and made our way to the pick up point. Our car was returned to us within minutes and the agent was most helpful with our luggage and getting our exit ticket. We would absolutely recommend this service and will definitely use again on our next trip.

Second time I've used this service - it's absolutely superb. I couldn't believe how easy (and cheaper than carparks) it was. Someone waiting to take the car away. And the car ready waiting on my arrival back. Will certainly come back again.

Exellent service. I didn't get voucher on time so I have to call them before I left and they were there on time and also cleaned the car very nicely while we were away with a reasonable charge. I will strongly recommend it.
