Best value at Heathrow, but comunication with us at the airport could have been much better. Instructions said our mobile would be contacted 20 mins before our arrival time at LHR for outward flight. 10 mins before - no call - contacted the number given - the accent of the person who answered was so extreme we could not understand what was said. We called Head Office number - within 2 minutes we had a call back giving meeting point instructions and driver was there to meet us when we arrived, very helpful and thorough. We left from terminal 3 and returned to terminal 1, we were told meeting instructions would be given when we called after picking up bags. When we called we were told driver would be at terminal 1 within 15 mins but not where, we exited the terminal on the arrivals floor but no driver. We called the number and were told that the designated meeting point was the same as for departure (we had left from terminal 3!) on the departure lower level, we descended in the lift crossed over the two drop off lanes as instructed and found our car waiting for us. The time lost was minimal, but if we had not used meet and greet services before and so knew what to expect, the poor communications could have been a significant problem.

I found the service unacceptable. As a meet and greet service, I had to wait over 5 minutes when I arrived before being able to deal with the paperwork. On the return trip, it was over 10 minutes before my car arrived. In addition, my seat settings in the car had been changed, the memory settings for the seats/mirrors had been lost and the settings for my radio had been lost or changed. I see no reason why anything other than mirror settings needed to be changed and certainly no reason whatsoever that radio settings to be changed: the driver is there simply to pick up and return the car, not to listen to the radio of his choice. Needless to say, I will not be using this service again.

I was very impressed with the service from LHR Terminal 3. A driver was waiting to collect the car as soon as we arrived and we only had to wait 10 mins once landed for the car to be returned and this was because we collected our bags so quickly. Would highly recommend this service to all friends and family.

Courteous, friendly and efficient service. They even put some petrol in for me. Evidence that someone had had a play with my car's convertible top which was really not necessary in Oct, nor necessary to drive and park it, but I understand the temptation and no damage done!

A very reasonably priced service, but on my return I did not appreciate discovering that whoever had been driving my car had played my CDs, changed the climate control settings, and adjusted the seat.
