Very good service. How about including an option to wash the car before return? Mine was a bit dusty.

I used the service twice and going to the third time. The service is really good. Easy to book via internet, the price is very competitive and it's not much different if you compare it with a taxi ride to the airport and back. The driver well represented, hands on and thorough, he even help me to unload all the heavy lugages. When you arrive, just call the number after bagage claim, and the driver will arrive with your car in no time. Very convinient and easy. One more thing, the car is washed and cleaned as well... Bonus. Well recommended for you who travel a week and more...

There was some confusion as to whether my mobile phone number had been submitted as part of the booking to ensure someone was at Heathrow T3 to collect my car on time, but it was quickly resolved. A good service overall.
