Apart from a small hiccup with the Drive Fly Meet and Greet office taking down the wrong mobile number (so they could not contact me prior to my arrival for final instructions), I found the service excellent. They were prompt and efficient in both the collection and delivery of the car. I will certainly use them again.

Parking at Heathrow can sometimes be a nightmare, especially when you are coming from south of the airport (there are not many car parks to the west of the Airport) This meet and greet service was spectacular. Booked 1 day in advance it was as cheap as a normal Parking yourself service. I was called as promised 30 minutes prior to my scheduled arrival time and then the driver met me, did the paperwork and drove the car away. Upon return as promised I was met by the driver within 15 minutes of collecting baggage. I would certainly use again, my only problem was I arrived early at Heathrow so had to drive about for 15 minutes before car was collected.... If I was late arriving (traffic etc..) I am not sure how it would all work out...

Excellent service for reasonable price.

Phoned as promised about half an hour before arrival and although I was some 5 minutes late still had to wait for the driver. Much the same on the return, phoned as instructed as clearing customs had the best part of a 15 minute wait. That being said I would use the service again.

The service was faultless: on arrival the greeter was waiting for me. On my return (flight delayed by 100 minutes), I rang from baggage collection and the greeter brought my car within 10 minutes. This service beats shuttle buses between car parks hands down as it saves so much time. I'll definitely use them again.
