I was very impressed with the friendly and efficient service you provide.

The driver who was taking my car from me drove up in what was presumably another client's car and drove straight into one of the park and fly signs. This was not a good initial introduction to the company. He indicated that it was a problem with the car's brakes but it did not fill me with a huge amount of confidence about the level of expertise in your drivers pool. Having said that on my return the car was fine and your driver who returned it was very professional.

Excellent despite us being late for our drop off. The driver was there waiting for us. Will certainly use the company again. Much better value than taxis from the South coast.

Leaving for my flight everything went smoothly I was met by the rep on time and at the right place. Upon my return the rep had not even left the depot, we were advised he would be despatched straight away, he was not, after five minutes we were called back to say he was just leaving, he arrived some fifteen minutes after we called. I expected to be met upon arrival, I was not.
