Reviewed on 5th January 2011excellent service I will definetly use drive fly meet and greet again and let friends know about your company. The only hassel is getting the lift to go one floor and then change to go up to the 5th floor as there were so many people.

Reviewed on 3rd January 2011the directions for drop off were a little confusing as they referred to a Zone D when in fact there were no zones but rows instead. We couldn't be sure whether we were looking in the right place. Otherwise the service was very good, with prompt pick up and drop offs.

Reviewed on 1st January 2011My parking at heathrow was hastily rearranged last minute, due the snow chaos. I phoned before arrival and there was someone waiting for me on arrival. Very helpful. The return was equally efficient. Phoned after picking up my luggage and after a few minutes of waiting my car arrived as arranged. Very useful and competitively priced.

Reviewed on 19th December 2010Excellent service for drop off and collection from Terminal 5. Can't fault it. Only 1 thing to improve. I was told to go to Terminal 5 short stay car park level 4. You should add Column L as well, otherwise not clear on where on level 4 you need to go.

Reviewed on 29th November 2010It was a shame that i had to wait 25 mins to drop my car... I was on time (6:22)... and that was known by the staff who spoke to me at 6AM... I had to call at 6:50 to "hunt down" the person who would take my car. Luckily I wasn't cutting it fine with my flight! But why did I have to wait? I was on time and there seemed to be no one else!

Reviewed on 24th November 2010Service was very good. Had to wait a little longer than expected for them to collect the car but it wasn't a problem. The car was waiting for us when we got back even though I originally sent them to the wrong terminal. Thanks guys.
