I have used Edward Lloyd previously and will do so again, as their service is good overall, and compares with similar operators. I was slightly irritated that the radio tuning has been changed, and that the passenger seat had also been played with, i.e. back in reclining position and seat further back than normal.

It was the first time I had travelled from Norfolk and been completely hassle free. The promptness and freindliness of the staff on arrival and departure was excellent. The instructions given, a five year old could have followed. Thank you Edward Lloyd

Excellent Service as always. I thought the extra charge of £20 for a day after being unavoidably delayed when Heathrow was closed as a little excessive, but other than that very happy.

Service easy to use, very efficient. Didn't award a 5 as the car was not there on arrival at the car park, despite us calling 15 mins earlier. Saying that, we didn't have to wait long.

Not a bad service. 25 minute delay on pick up - but partly my fault as I arrived 15 min early - although I had indicated early arrival during the pre-arrival contact call. Slight problems contacting them on arriving back at LHR - 1st number called recorded message referred me to use another. Then there was no response on the second number. Eventually tried first number again, got through, and the the delivery then went smoothly. Would consider using again as offer value for money.

Very good service. Only issue was that nobody answered the phone first time I rang to say we'd be early. However they obviously spotted a missed call and rang back quickly.

All fine on arrival. Driver was waiting. On our return, we had to wait 25 minutes for our car to arrive.
