Reviewed on 10th April 2011Good value service, but the instructions as published, on where to meet for the drop off at terminal 1, were out of date and lead to 20 min delay. A map and more precise instructions would be usefull in future.

Reviewed on 10th March 2011I always use Edward Lloyd Meet & greet when flying from Heathrow T1,2&3. They are great value for money. I have used the service probably 20 times and only once has my car been late in the return process.(Due to delivering the wrong car)

Reviewed on 27th January 2011Having read previous reviews ,although it was not the cheapest,I wanted my car washed, so ensured the guy who collected the car ,noted on the sheet this fact,-which he did. On return ,when notifying the manager(Shane Smith) of our return ,he said "if they had promised to do the car wash ,heads would roll if it was not done"!! The pick up and return were prompt ,BUT --NO CAR WASH!! He promised to do it properly next time................! Pity ...it spoiled an otherwise good experience.
