Reviewed on 11th January 2011Fast and efficent service. Easy to contact and cr was available on request on return. Nice touch with tex message forwhen we arrived with instructions on who to call and when. I thought it said that the car would be cleaned on the outside for our return. This wasnt the case.

Bit confused with the exact location of the drop off point at Terminal 5 (Row L by lifts might have been useful as I waited 5-10 mins "other side of barrier). All worked fine but disappointed no car wash as thought that was part of the deal

Reviewed on 9th November 2010Generally quite good, as I have used the service a number of times now. But the time before last my car wasn't washed as requested and this most recent time it took 45mins from phoning for my car to arrive.

Reviewed on 25th October 2010Usual good service,I would like to suggest a loyalty scheme. Instead on 10% discount every now and then; how about a car valet for every 3 bookings?

Reviewed on 21st September 2010Not much seperated the various valet parking companies price wise so we decided to go with Edward Lloyd to take advantage of the 'free car handwash whilst parked onsite'. Turns out we were duped as the car turned up dirtier than when we left it. Other than that, can't really fault the valet parking side of things, were there to collect the car from T4 as requested even though we were late and car delivered back to T4 about 15 minutes after collecting luggage.

Reviewed on 16th August 2010Outward arrangements worked perfectly at terminal 5. Took 0.5hrs to contact the company at 05:00 on our return.

Reviewed on 10th May 2010Phone call and pick-up were made exactly as promised. The car was looked after and washed; unexpected bonus! Only down point was not giving us an estimate for the time for the car to arrive when we returned. Standing outside T4 in that cold wind for nearly 15 minutes was not pleasant. Overall, I would recommend and use your company again.
