I used this service for Heathrow Terminal 5. I did not have to wait to have my car collected on arrival or returned to me on departure. A very good price and the staff were very nice and booking was easy.

Couldn't fault the service, they were there when I turned up, and only had to wait for 10-mins for them to deliver the car and for the price, it's very good value

This was the first time I'd used Park and Go and will definitely be doing so again. The process at either end of my trip was flawless and the cost seems extraordinarily reasonable when compared with conventional business parking, and certainly much cheaper, for me, than a return taxi trip.

The principal is excellent. Your car taken off you when you arrive at the airport and returned to you when you come back. IT takes a phonce call to notify the picker upper of your imminent arrival and the same when you return. My only crib would be the wait on return but otherwise excellent service and quicker to get you to the airport then the offsite car parks.

No problems, all went as hoped and planned.

The only difficulty I had was on arrival outside T4 there is limited waiting space and the driver had some difficulty in finding me - it seemed it was because his mobile phone was not operating very well

have now used a number of times, would recommend this service, waiting for the car when I arrived and returned, fantastic service everytime

This is the second time I've used this service. I was a little dissappointed in the delay between making contact and both the pick up and delivery. In this instance it was no quicker than parking in long term parking and catching the bus to and from the terminal. This experience will make me consider my options more carefully for my next trip.
