Drop off was okay, but then it should be as they have their desk at T5. Pick up was slow and service/friendliness/attention wasn't good at all. Disappointing end really.

Drop off was fine but we had to wait half an hour for collection - not really meet and greet.

I was expecting to be met by a driver as stated in the information. Instead I had to hand my key over to an agent. This should be made clear prior to booking as well as on the email confirmation of the booking.

Very good communication and pick up but took over half an hour for the car to arrive when I landed which is not acceptable?

Heathrow Term 5 Out: Great, instant drop off. Return: Poor, had to wait for 25 minutes after call before car arrived. Quicker to catch bus to long stay. Also someone had used the back seats of the car, so concerned at why this would be?

Excellent pick-up at Heathrow T3 - driver was on time and very pleasant although walking towards me with a lit fag which was thrown to the ground to shake hands wasn't the best image to install confidence. I hope no-one smoked in my car! My collection wasn't so great, called once I had retrieved may bags and was told 15-20 mins. Waited on the top floor of the short stay car park and car was delivered nearly 40 mins after my call by another pleasant driver. I honestly think I could have retrieved my car from a 'park and ride' service quicker. If I was a teacher I would say 'has great potential but must try harder' Will probably use again to give them another chance as price was very competetive. Cheers, James

Booking was easy. However let down by the fact that I had to wait 15 mins for my car. When using terminal 5, I would advise calling before collecting luggage as there is only a short walk to the car park.

This is the second time I've used this service. I was a little dissappointed in the delay between making contact and both the pick up and delivery. In this instance it was no quicker than parking in long term parking and catching the bus to and from the terminal. This experience will make me consider my options more carefully for my next trip.
