Reviewed on 3rd March 2018On arrival it was very confusing to find the desk as there are many companies operating on the same floor and not all are sign posted. Once we found the desk the attendant was very polite, took photos of the car and mileage then sent us on our way. It was a very different story on the collection of the car. Firstly we rang the number on the booking slip, someone answered and took our reference number and said it was the wrong company that we had rang, but it was printed on the booking print out, so there was a mobile number on there also so decided to ring that, the gentleman who answered said hello and said our surname then said that our car is ready at the collection point (HE sounded exactly the same as the gentleman at the first number we rang), so we arrived at the collection point and there was no sign of the car, so when we rang again the man said that this is not the company we needed to ring, despite him telling me that the car was ready!! So he gave me another number to ring. At this point we were getting very angry as it was -5 degrees and we wanted to get home asap after a 10 hour flight. So the number that the man gave us was right and we got the car back after an hour of waiting due to the disruption of the snow, the man who brought the car back was lovely he was polite and had warmed the car up for us, the car was fine, no damage or scratches. Overall experience we found very distressing and would certainly not us them again.

Reviewed on 10th November 2017Pretty woeful. Whilst drop off is ok as there is a desk at the car park door, the return delivery took 40 minutes and I was lied to by the operatives about the delay when I chased for news of the whereabouts of my car. This was at 21.00 on a quiet Wednesday evening when all the roads around were quiet. I will be avoiding these guys for some time.

Reviewed on 2nd November 2012I was kept waiting over 40 minutes for my car following a call to say I had arrived. I had to make a further two calls to see where it was, and when the driver finally arrived he told me he had only just been advised of my arrival. Unfortunately his excuse did not tie in with the fact that the car was like a sauna, which in the time it took for the driver to jump in, start it and get to me there was no chance of the heat being so intense inside the vehicle!! We will not be using Happy Days again as there are far better alternatives out there. As a business user on weekly travel we know there are!

Reviewed on 18th April 2009Having booked a pick-up for 5am, after 4 phone calls our car was eventually picked up at 5.35, causing huge stress, my husband only just being allowed on the flight to Paris, our connecting flight to the U.S. Very disappointed!!

Reviewed on 21st March 20091. Normally expect to be met at the terminal entrance, not a car park. 2. On return, got a call to say car had flat battery and that someone had noted it had a flat battery when it was collected. Don't see how it had a flat battery after I'd dropped it at airport? Battery has been fine since. 3. If someone noted it was flat, why wait until we confirmed our return before attempting to start it? 4. Maybe a co-incidence, but the key fob was also flat. 5. The car was filthy as if it had been parked along side a busy road. 6. Had to get assistance to get out of the car park on our return. The operator said the ticket hadn't been paid for.
