Very good level of service. Polite and professional on the phone. Upon returning they were unable to start my car (strange star-up sequence with push button start etc), but called me on my mobile as soon as I was off the plane to ask me for instructions. All sorted and car was there by the time we had collected our bags. One point to note re parking at Heathrow - the "Fast Track" entrance, which is the one you use for the Valet parking is difficult to find as you don't see the signpost until you've driven past, but a quick loop around the ring-road and second time lucky!. I would definitely use them again - stress free cost effective and the car came back as I'd left it!

Very good, although we had to wait about 25minutes from calling for them to pick up the car. Was very prompt on the return. Would use again but would just call slightly earlier !

Used this service last year with no complaints, but this year even better. Driver was waiting for us as we got to airport and was there with car when we landed. No hanging around at all. Fantastic service. Would recommend it instead of parking. Very reasonable cost too.

I have now used Happy Days on two occassions and they have been brilliant. Very courteous, polite, punctual and accomodating. We had missed our pick up time due to traffic on the M25, I must have had 10 phone calls from Happy Days checking where we were, so that when we reached the airport we did not have to wait around. I recommend them to everyone that is travelling from Heathrow and next time that I travel I will definitely be using them again. Great value for money!!!
