Directions good, telephone answered promptly, could do with better signage at reception area. Have been using this site for some years and probably use at least twice a year from LHR........price very competitive and you make use of the regularly discounted offers.

Park and Go was so easy to book, and at a very competitive price. Our driver was ready on our arrival at the airport and on our return. Could not fault this service.

This is the best Park and Go firm I've used. The driver was waiting for us when we dropped the car off and the car was ready and waiting when we got back. Staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have used happy days a few times before and the drivers have always been there waiting both ends for me, this time I called the number on the invoice 20mins before I arrived at Heathrow but the number they gave me wasn't recognised ! I must admit I was a bit worried as I was travelling on my own! But I proceeded to level 2 car park and thank my lucky stars he was there anyway ! I arrived at 6.30 but wasn't due until 7 am. The driver looked at my form and said that they had updated their numbers, so it would be good to check just before you go that the number works to be on the safe side. This hasn't put me off and will use again.
