Really excellent. I arrived late for checking and noticed a flat tyre. They changed it and put on my spare for my return. Amazing service. Well done.

It all worked well, but the directions for finding the drop off point could be clearer and more precise. We ended up going 'round the block' twice. Luckily we had plenty of time.

Worked out okay in practice, but the requirement to make a 20 minute call in advance is awkward travelling alone and without hands free. Querying this I was basically told to turn up 20 minutes early instead and told that everyone is always late, having never been so myself incidentally. Staff answering the phone stated 'purple parking' but having used in the past I'd rate their service more highly.

I was kept waiting over 40 minutes for my car following a call to say I had arrived. I had to make a further two calls to see where it was, and when the driver finally arrived he told me he had only just been advised of my arrival. Unfortunately his excuse did not tie in with the fact that the car was like a sauna, which in the time it took for the driver to jump in, start it and get to me there was no chance of the heat being so intense inside the vehicle!! We will not be using Happy Days again as there are far better alternatives out there. As a business user on weekly travel we know there are!
