Reviewed on 1st August 2011There was a slight delay on drop off as the representative chose to deal with someone who had parked on the wrong floor before us ... didn't seem right and impacted my young daughter who was desparate to begin the holiday experience, but once that was sorted out the process was smooth and the service offered great value for money compared to the bigger / more established companies I've used before. Would definitely use again
