Reviewed on 28th September 2010We arrived much earlier than expected and after ringing park and go they did their best to pick up from Heathrow at an earlier than arranged time. On our return we were met where expected and did not have to wait unlike our friends who had booked with another company. Will defenitely use again

Reviewed on 20th June 2010We were met promptly on arrival and on return after managing to contact by phone which took 20mins. to get through,we were then met quickly.This side of the service was very good the drivers were efficient and polite,unfortunately on inspection of the car on being returned to us we discovered a scuff on the rear bumper that was not there when we left the car on arrival.The driver took a photo of the scuff and we also did,and we are now trying to resolve the matter with your selves.Apart from this the service was very good.

Reviewed on 28th May 2010Service was slow, we were kept waiting for about 20 mins upon arrival at airport for our car to be collected, although we did arrive early but I rang Star to let them know we would be arriving early, traffic was in our favour, then upon return from holiday we were kept waiting about 15 mins for car. When the car arrived it was filthy dirty, full of dust, leaves, cobwebs and birds poop, we complained to the driver who answered well you have been away for 2 weeks ! then said it was parked at the back of the car park next to the fence, it must have been underneath a tree to be returned to us in the state it was. We won't be using Star again, but will continue to use other car parks Park and Go offer in the Heathrow area.

Reviewed on 12th May 2010The drop off went smoothly and staff were quick and polite. However the return was less so. We were delayed 6 days due to the volcanic ash. Although the company claims to track flights they had lost sight of ours. I phoned when we landed and was told the car would be about 10 minutes and we had to pay extra which I had expected. However the company were unable to accept card payment and unable to offer a receipt for cash. The car covered in thick ash on it's return. When I asked why it had not been cleaned as promised i was told "we did not have the time". We were 6 days delayed how much time do they need? The price was good compared to other operators but i was a bit disappointed the car was returned in such a state.
