Excellent service, someone was there to pick the car up when we arrived at the airport and the car was returned exactly the same time as we arrived at the pick up point. With young children it was a perfect service, very stress free, will never do transfers again.

Super going out. Slight problem on the way back but better than ordinary parking by far.

After a fraught and delayed flight it was great to think that my car would be waiting at the terminal for the last part of my trip home - and I wasn't disappointed. Many thanks.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say how brilliant the service was that I recently received when using the park & go service.

1st time I have used a meet and greet service. Was prompted by the weather forecast on day of travel and post Xmas 2009/ New Year 2010. Drop off worked well, collect driver was waiting ( 5am in the cold ), and I then only had a short walk into the terminal. Car return was timed to perfection as car arrived while I was walking down the steps into the 'meet & greet' area. Car was warm and windows clear of the accumulated snow that had fallen during my holiday. The ideal service in the prevailing weather conditions, provided as a good a start and finish to a holiday as you could wish for. I wasn't troubled by the need to use steps. If steps are likely to be a problem to you I suggest discussion with the car park service provider beforehand. There maybe a non step alternative to be taken advantage off or a different meeting point might be a possibility.

Excellent service, takes all the stress and panic out of getting to the terminal on time especially if you have lots of bags like ski equipment.

Great service pleasant drivers. We found on the back seat a towing eye which is now extra to the one we have in the car. presumably you needed to drag car out of car park snow with an eye of yours.If you want it returned please send p/p and will gladly do so

This is the 2nd meet & greet firm I've used and they were excellent. Driver was there to greet me on arrival and the return leg was equally painless. Added bonus being that i returned in the 'big freeze' so lovely to have a de-iced and warmed car to welcome me!

This is the first time that i have used this type of service i normally use car parks, i was very impressed and will be using this service again, you were flexible, i needed to arrive early and this was sorted, my flight was late back and again no problems, prompt and efficent service, i have difficilty with mobility and have two small boys, this service was PERFECT for our familiy THANKS.
