We arrived earlier than planned at 3.30am,driver was with us very proptly,even at that time! Very good service will us you next again.

The drop off and pick up were excellent,quick courteous efficient. Only slight down side was as a first time user at Heathrow the directions were a little vague, however overall far better than long stay parking, waiting for buses etc

First time I tried valet parking. Excellent service - I was early and we only had to wait a minute for the car to be collected. Car arrived as soon as we walked out of the terminal when we returned. Personnel were all very courteous and professional. My only issue is that the confirmation e-mail print out was very difficult to read, having too small print, and light coloured text.

This is the second time I have used Park & Go. It is quick and very very convenient all you have to do is call and they are there within 5 mins to pick up or drop off the car. It takes all the stress out of travelling to and from car parks off site. Would definitely recommend it.

First time we have used Meet & Greet and it won't be the last! It was great parking outside the terminal and just pulling our cases in without the hassle of finding and parking the car, hauling cases onto a bus and then doing it all again in reverse. No waiting around just greeted by pleasant men with car and soon on our way. Thanks.
