Reviewed on 17th March 2014Excellent service! The guy drove down and met me on Level 3 at LHR T5 car park, as I couldn't find Level 4, which seems to be sign-posted as Valet Service Drop rather than Level 4. Just booked again, cheaper than long-stay and much more convenient.

Reviewed on 4th November 2013Instructions sent to get to car park were precise, no problems finding the parking pick up area. Staff friendly and car returned within 15 minutes of ringing of return. Have used Meet and Greet for several years and is convenient way of parking and knowing that your car is safe.
